The society organizing the Giskespelet invites you to a midsummer festival the weekend before “Jonsok” (23/06).

In the amphitheatre beside the beautiful Giske Church, 170 actors will help you re-live the dramatic battle of Stiklestad. It was there that the mighty Arnunga from Giske played a central role in one of Norways most important historic events.
